Independently founded and operated the LLC providing customized research and impact evaluation services to 20+ international organizations and companies across six continents, with individual contracts up to USD and totaling USD 1.5 million- Led on all business development, administrative and financial management tasks, hired 75+ staff across projects, and provided technical expertise and/or team leadership on all assignments- Designed, staffed, and managed fifteen mixed-methods evaluations (randomized controlled trials, quasi-experiments, observational studies; measuring program outcomes, stakeholder and user experience (UX),) on programs related to social-behavior change, violence reduction, gender, SRHR, public health and nutrition, youth workforce development, basic education, and more for clients including USAID, Unicef, UNWomen, Plan UK, Oxfam GB, Save the Children, MercyCorps, Millennium Challenge Corporation, CARE UK, Sida, and more- Designed, staffed, and managed two large-scale longitudinal qualitative research studies on a) resilience of education systems during first fourteen months of COVID-19 pandemic in five countries for USAID and b) resilience among Syrians affected by ongoing conflict and displacement for CARE UK- Regularly designed and oversaw research end-to-end for long-term projects (e.g. 5-year violence reduction efforts, 10 year financial literacy education interventions) and products (e.g. exploratory research, prototyping, user testing and evaluating research and intervention tools and technologies).
