I work at the intersection of sustainability, systems change, and human behavior—helping programs move from good intentions to measurable impact.My career began with a simple but formative lesson from a VP during one of my first internships: it’s not about convincing people to change, but supporting change when they’re ready. That principle continues to guide how I design and manage sustainability programs today.Growing up in a rural, tourism-driven community in Washington State, I saw firsthand how economic growth can create environmental strain and social inequity when systems aren’t designed thoughtfully. Studying business and environmental sustainability helped me understand how policy, markets, and consumer behavior interact—and how intentional program design can align environmental health, economic viability, and social equity.I’ve spent my career working on energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives that translate big climate goals into practical, accessible action.
