I am a data leader and storyteller who excels at transforming complex data into compelling visual narratives for executive audiences. For nearly a decade, I have specialized in creating clear, actionable insights that empower leaders to build more effective, inclusive, and human-centered workplaces. My goal is the same everywhere I go: leverage data to improve the human experience.My approach is grounded in a deep-seated belief that to truly serve people, you must understand their experience. As a product owner and subject matter expert for key workforce analytics tools at American Family Insurance, I\'ve led initiatives to embed user-centered design principles into our work, developing customer personas and success metrics to ensure our solutions have a measurable impact.My experience is diverse, ranging from leading teams and shaping enterprise-wide data strategy to providing critical analysis for the WI COVID Coalition, where I helped inform policy to improve testing and vaccination access for underserved populations. This work solidified my commitment to leveraging data for social good.I am passionate about mentoring, coaching, and multiplying the impact of those around me. I thrive on turning ambiguity into strategy, building collaborative relationships, and telling the human stories hidden within the numbers.I am always looking for new ways to apply my skills in data, strategy, and empathetic leadership to mission-driven work.
