Personal Profile Senior leader with extensive (39+ years) clinical research experience. Proven track record in leading and developing clinical research facilities and an international pharmacovigilance department. This has been demonstrated by turning around a relatively young and inexperienced Phase I unit into a highly productive and cost efficient in-house facility, and the tripling in size of the PVG department. Possess solid pharmaceutical company and CRO background, having enjoyed a progressive career within both arenas. Self-motivated, excellent organisational/planning skills with a dynamic approach to working successfully.
