Define and cascade functional component and subsystem-level battery targets aligned with overall system requirements.• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical conflicts across departments and Centres of Competence (CoCs).• Analyse DV (Design Verification) results, assess deviations against targets, and evaluate downstream impacts on adjacent systems including powertrain and vehicle-level functions.• Escalate critical technical issues and roadblocks with clear impact assessment and solution proposals across Batteries, Powertrain, and Vehicle Engineering.• Present milestone (gateway) readiness status for battery integration to senior stakeholders across Vehicle and Powertrain teams.• Manage project cadence, ensuring proactive communication, risk mitigation, and timely escalation of cross-functional dependencies.• Support packaging and integration design reviews to validate geometric compatibility and spatial conformance.• Monitor conformance plans and manage deviation resolution to ensure delivery readiness for each programme gateway.• Support the virtual validation of battery systems, contributing to the delivery of QCWFT (Quality, Cost, Weight, Function, Timing) targets through progressive product maturity.
