About Gaurav Hatwalne

Known as an \"Electronics Nerd\" since my college days, I had a knack for understanding every circuit that I came across and building different electronics projects. Thanks to the guidance of amazing professors and seniors I found my way into the Analog VLSI industry. It\'s been more than 5 years since I\'m working as an Analog Design Engineer and I\'ve worked on UMC 180nm, 28nm, Intel 7nm, 10nm, and 22nm, and TSMC 12nm foundry nodes and taped out 9 Full custom IPs in the committed schedule. I\'ve worked on analog circuits such as Data converters, IOs, Power management IPs like BGR and Power Gates, High-Speed RX for LPDDR4x, DDR54, and USB2.0 and basic blocks like Opamps and comparators. EDA Tools that I can proficiently work on are Cadence Virtuoso, ADE, ADE-XL, Cadence Schematic Capture, Spectre Simulator, SPICE, Cadence AMS Simulator, Synopsis Siliconsmart, Siemens Caliber PERC, Synopsis Totem - RV flow, Unix/Linux, Perl basics, Verilog Programming, Shell Scripting, MATLAB modeling. I\'ve had an amazing experience working with cross-functional teams like Layout, RTL, DV, SD, and PD with a total team size of around 50 engineers.
