About Paul Guzman
I lead a 15-person MBSE team delivering layered system architecture on a U.S. Army ground vehicle program. My work focuses on what most programs get wrong: preserving architectural sequencing — requirements to functional to logical to physical — in environments where organizational pressure constantly pushes teams to skip layers and build backwards from vendor specs.Before defense, I spent a decade at Ford spanning D&R engineering, human-centered design, and program management.
