I lead teams to address “the elephant in the room” by designing and delivering experiences that make it safe and productive to do so. Taming these “elephants” inspires trust, enables learning to stick, and bolsters business results.I take leaders on journeys of self-improvement using provocative questions, deep listening, and tailored combinations of tools and experiences.
