I help life insurers modernise how they model, measure, and manage risk — blending actuarial insight, technology strategy, and transformation delivery.Across a 30-year career, I’ve led programmes and built teams that sit right at the intersection of actuarial modelling, finance transformation, and regulatory change. From designing group-wide Solvency II IT architecture at Prudential to scaling the Mo.net platform internationally as CEO of Software Alliance, my work has always centred on one thing: turning complex regulatory and technology challenges into measurable business value.At PwC, I redefined the actuarial systems and modelling proposition, combining emerging tech and data disciplines to help clients prepare for IFRS 17 and beyond. More recently, I’ve advised boards and executive teams on model governance, platform strategy, and the future of actuarial operating models — helping them make technology a genuine enabler of agility and control.My approach is commercial, pragmatic, and delivery-driven.
