Guy Sanchez, Jr. began in the real estate industry since a very young age with a strong sense of passion and commitment to the real estate industry. After many years in real estate in Florida he was offered an opportunity to practice real estate and business development throughout the Caribbean. After 9 years of management and business development in the Caribbean and 18 years in South Florida he has made his way to Central Florida where he has always wanted to apply his knowledge and experience within the real estate industry and assist seller\'s and buyer\'s in their real estate needs. Guy Sanchez, Jr. continued his career in management and was offered a great opportunity to serve as Vice President Broker Manager for the Watson Realty Corp leading the SW Orlando office. He has 18 years of experience in real estate management were has been successful in created and maintained successful brokerages while assisting many associates grew their business and provide superior service to their customers. Guy Sanchez, Jr. has kept strong community ties throughout his real estate career, while serving on different local municipal and county boards or committees. He served on the city of Orlando Planning & Zoning board. Was a former elected official and decorated Gulf War Veteran. He served 2 Terms on the Florida Real Estate Commission and served as Chairman of the Florida Real Estate Commission and held several leadership positions in the local Orlando Regional Realtors Association, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He holds over 8 real estate professional designations CIPS, CRB, RSPS, MRP, SFR, E-Pro, AHWD, TRC.
