About Guyray Chavez
With more than 27 years of expertise, Guyray Chavez is a leader in the Facilites Managment / Corporate Real Estate fields. He formerly served as Senior Vice President with Freedom Mortgage; supporting branch offices throughout the United States from New York to Hawaii. Mr. Chavez’s career with Freedom began in mid-2015 when it acquired certain assets of First Mortgage Corporation with whom he started in 1997.(Freedom grandfathered in his tenure with First Mortgage Corporation). During his tenure career, he held a number of positions from Processor, Processing Coordinator, Processing Supervisor, Document Drawer, Funder, Auditor, Operations Manager, Originator, Director, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. During his time at Freedom, he was asked to take on the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Services for Roundpoint Mortgage (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Freedom Mortgage), which he did before returning to Freedom Mortgage Corporation. Guyray has since left the private sector and is now employed by the US Government in the Public Building Service Division of the General Services Administration (GSA). As a Deputy Property, Manager, he will oversee the Federal Government\'s over 2 million sq. ft of office space located in Downtown Los Angeles, Ca.
