Building relationships in ocean business and hydrospatial science to improve the visualization and analysis of port information, bathymetry, and pelagic data. Past:Manager for Geodata in Professional Services, including technical centers for Imagery, 3D, Ocean content, Air- and Maritime Ports, Utilities, ArcGIS Urban, ArcGIS Indoors, Land Administration, and various mapping services such as geocoding and feature extraction workflows. The department maintained a Quality Management System that is certified to ISO 9001: 2015 (risk-based) standard to continuously improve our service to clients. Commanding Officer, NOAA Marine Operations Center - Pacific, August 2010 to August 2011. Center successfully moved, while maintaining operations in Hawai\'i, Alaska, and west coast of US, Center was moved from Lake Union on Seattle, Washington to a new-built facility on Yaquina Bay in Newport, Oregon. Chief, Program Review, Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, initiating policy for crew rest periods during the field season, optimizing ship science investments through American Recovery Act funding, and building budget models for fleet operations.(April 2009 to March 2010). Acting Deputy Director, Marine & Aviation Operations Centers, Silver Spring, Maryland, managing science support by NOAA\'s ships and aircraft.(Feb 2008 to May 2009)Commanding Officer, NOAA Ship RAINIER (20••••07). NOAA survey ship CO is also NOAA Chief of Party for the survey mission.Deputy Chief, Hydrographic Survey Division, Office of Coast Survey, National Ocean Service, NOAA (20••••04). Managed budget and personnel engaged in planning and procuring hydrographic survey services, and worked with OMAO and NOS staff to improve attrition rates of survey staff in the fleet through simplification of transition from Wage Mariner credentials to Physical Scientist positions. First Chief, Hydrographic Systems & Technology Programs, Coast Survey Development Laboratory, National Ocean Service, NOAA Liaison to the newly-established UNH/CCOM-JHC. Worked with OMAO and Congressional advocates to add fleet survey capacity through acquisition of the ships that would become Nancy Foster, Hi\'ialakai, and Thomas Jefferson.NOAA fleet shallow water multibeam survey support Ship Rainier Operations Officer 19••••97.
