Associate, Leadership Solutions and Senior Directors Unit @Penna

Currently I design and facilitate programmes and webinars for Penna Leadership clients on a range of areas; recently including communication skills, courageous conversations, resilience and performance. For Penna\'s Senior Director\'s Unit, I work as a wellbeing specialist, delivering a regular seminar and working 1:1 with clients, including using 72 hour heart monitoring to inform lifestyle assessment. I first joined Penna as a career coach in 2009 and I\'m grateful for the hundreds of hours coaching experience gained with Penna working 1:1 with Career Transition clients. This gave me coaching experience across all \'levels\' from senior execs to quite junior employees - a great foundation for my current coaching practice.
