Clients include regional developers, entrepreneurs, investors, and lenders.Key Contributions:• Prepare and negotiate leases and purchase and sale documents for various transactions involving commercial real estate.• Assist clients with the formation, organization, operation of their Virginia based business entities, including purchase and sale and intellectual property transactions.• Prepared primary and ancillary documents pertaining to the purchase and sale of privately held businesses including a IRC 368(a)(1)B reorganization of a Northern Virginia based manufacturer of electronic parts.• Work with clients to advance their business goals and opportunities while minimizing legal risks.
