Daset Labs works with leading companies to turn biomedical data into foundational company assets.Example projects include:• working with Japan’s largest digital medtech company over a series of projects, to develop a biomedical data asset strategy for a new project, source commercial and research datasets; support optimal AI model development;• working with Korean AI drug discovery company to expedited access and onboarding of large biomedical data resources;• leading the interpretation of complex research results dataset, including combination of multi-model data such as omics and clinical and demographic information;• building a comprehensive data model, and deploying with data ingestion and data navigation functionality.A few recent activities include:• on boarding and usability of UK Biobank demographic data and genomics a company’s research project;• building a data warehouse (data model, DB, consumption layers) for clinical research data from company sponsored studies; • building dashboard and SDE to showcase key results;• due diligence on datasets, such as Merative (previously IBM Watson Health) 200M patient record dataset for fit to project & data quality - ahead of licensing discussions;• curating semi-structured health dataset dictionaries, including previous retrieval from PDFs • proteomic (Olink) deep data QC and integration with research project

ABOUT GUY HILL
Founder of ventures focused on biotech and making drug discovery more efficient. In 2022, Guy has launched a venture offering biomedical data services to biotech and medtech companies, to find, access, curate and use existing biomedical, RWD, and alternative data to de-risk product development. For Drug Discovery companies, the company is helping teams to identify biomedical and realworld data/evidence (RWD/E) that can garner confidence in the therapeutic intervention. For early, new-drug, discovery projects this is about creating confidence in further investment, and for later-stage projects about optimising clinical approval. For med-tech companies, we have developed data strategies and undertaken data brokering and review, to enable internal teams to focus on model building and rapid deployment. Quickly the company has generated high two profile client relationships, and is growing its client base-Prior to entrepreneurial activities, Guy was part of the senior management team for Arecor, a successful pharmaceutical development company, spun-out from Unilever. As member of senior management team, Guy led business development, commercial strategy, and marketing activities.
