About Guy Gilbert
I\'ve always been a bit of a creative and a geek. When I was 8, I made hundreds of drawings of comic book characters and shared them with my classmates. In 7th grade, I programmed a blackjack game in the 50 programming steps of my Texas Instruments calculator. Fast forward to today.I enjoy applying these talents as a technology product marketing manager and consultant. I have successfully developed and executed marketing strategies, managed launches and marketing campaigns, conducted market research, created positioning and messaging, delivered content, and provided analytics across a diverse range of products, including prominent ones like Microsoft Office, services, and mobile apps. I am a versatile marketing professional skilled in both strategy and execution. For instance, I formulated the marketing strategy for the crucial Office for iPad launch, while also delivering app store copy, screenshots, and videos. I also love diving into data. It’s exciting to discover new insights from customer research and marketing experiments, and to design Power BI dashboards to visualize information.
