I support development teams on master-planned communities, commercial infrastructure, receivership assets, and vertical construction, with a strong focus on real-time construction management and client representation.Core Responsibilities:Client Liaison for Engineering & Entitlements:Represent clients internally through design coordination, feasibility strategy, utility service planning, and entitlement support. Collaborate with senior engineers and planning staff to align technical solutions with project goals and jurisdictional requirements.Construction Oversight & Field Management:Lead site observation and contractor coordination for grading, utilities, paving, stormwater systems, lift stations, traffic signal improvements, and ADA trail systems. Provide photo-documented pay app reports, track construction progress, and identify risks before they become issues.Owner Representation & Strategic Support:Act as an on-call owner’s rep for developers and receivership firms needing construction insight, site triage, or progress documentation. Support site-level decisions and municipality engagement to keep projects moving.Feasibility Analysis & Field Due Diligence:Evaluate drainage impacts, topography constraints, accessibility compliance, and constructability on potential development sites. Prepare exhibits, conduct on-site walkthroughs, and recommend cost-effective infrastructure approaches.Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Systems:Develop documentation tools and reporting systems to increase transparency, accelerate approvals, and provide board-level visibility for MUDs, capital groups, and developers.
