Conduct all supply chain and inventory analytics• Analyze planner projected promotional lifts and create purchase quantities needed to support a promotional event. Based on the created promotional need, determine if additional inventory is needed based on current inventory position and upcoming sales. Communicate quantities to McLane/DSD Suppliers and track orders to ensure product is delivered at appropriate time. • Publish post-event analysis. • Lead conference calls and on-site meetings with McLane/DSD Suppliers and internal partners to achieve Store In-Stock, Service Levels and Inventory Turn goals and maintain effective partnerships• Deliver results as project lead on a major, cross functional project to improve company performance• Ability to approve/control McLane/DSD Store PO’s in excess of $10 million per week at cost
