ABOUT GUY SMITH

I am the Driving / Logistics Recruitment Manager of Logical Personnel Solutions LTD entered the world of recruitment at 22 and have progressed all the way through to my current role. My progressive time in recruitment has given me an insight into recruitment as a 360 degree process. My key sector is logistics and transport where I have serviced and managed a number of high profile accounts including several International clients. I have always maintained close client relations which I believe gives me the upper hand when providing solid customer care, I’m very proud of the fact I have never lost a client and have managed to turn underperforming contracts around into profitable ones. I’m dependable, honest and strive to make sure that I perform not only for my clients but for my candidates. I’m embarking on the next step in my career now where I aim to build a Logistics division in our Bristol branch, as we now have a fully established and successful Driving division in our Sheffield Branch.
