Key Accomplishments • Developed Recovery Orchestration platform (AutoBCP) to execute automate failover procedures. The platform reduced manual tasks for both infrastructure and application teams improving the applications recovery times and achieving a 45% reduction in event planning and recovery execution. • Developed the firms Data Destruction Recovery Framework and dependency model to use in the event of a catastrophic failure or malicious attack to the firm’s critical application and data. • Conducted multiple scenario-based testing for organizations including Tabletops, Stress testing, Complete site failover, Crisis war-games & simulations, Utility services testing, Communication plan testing, Application failover testing • Developed assessment and operational procedures that govern resilience changes for engineering
