During the operating cycle work with all work groups to plan and develop the outage schedule for designated plant systems and all work activities that are to take place with in primary containment. During the outage oversee and direct a team of outage coordinators who\'s job it is to coordinate work activites and to facilitate the removal of roadblocks to performing work. I also coordinate the tool room attendants who manage the hot tool boxes located at the entrance to primary containment. I provice status on work performance, housekeeping standards, and safety issues in primary containment to the Outage Control Center.
