My purpose as a coach is to help people develop the wings they need to fly.I am an ICF ACC accredited Executive Coach, working one-to-one with C-suite and Senior Leaders, across a range of high profile organisations, to help transform their leadership capability and performance. My leadership experience comes from over 30 years working in marketing and media across the public, private and not for profit sectors.
