In the year of 2011, my career transitioned into the EMR world helping to solve Citrix issues. This led to supporting the entire Citrix and Epic infrastructure for Epic 2009 impatient Go-live. From that time on I’ve dedicated my knowledge and experience assisting various organizations implement their Epic infrastructure. I’ve worked through Epic version upgrades at Seattle Children’s, Salem Health, Novant Health (on several occasions), Honor Health, Dallas Methodist and John Hopkins Healthcare. In order, to remain successful with large software implementations this requires knowledge outside of Epic relating to Project Management, NetScaler configuration, network architecture, hypervisors, Citrix, security, bridging the gap between clinical business cases and utilizing interpersonal skills. All these years of experience aid in being a knowledgeable attribute ensuring multi-million-dollar projects are successful.
