As a minority in the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the hurdles to accomplishing the American dream of home ownership. I am passionate about Tacoma real estate and helping clients recognize their goals of homeownership in an equitable and affordable manor. eMobility is a hobby of mine. Observing the transition of the automotive sector and the impacts of this shift on our infrastructure is an admiration of mine. As a daily Electric Vehicle (EV) driver I understand in great deal the issues EV drivers encounter and the numerous positives they afford in the greater community. Administrative and Entrepreneurial minded individual with skills in customer engagement, B2B communications and event planning through multifaceted marketing and communication.    While working at MCE Apparel, formerly known as My Closet Envy, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone visits our social channels to the moment they checkout on our website. We take our inspirations from the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and turn those inspirations into apparel designs. I started this company in 2012 as my 10th Grade DECA project however due to legal rules was unable to be recognized as a legal owned. Since our founding in 2012, I have worked here with the management title and when my 18th birthday arrived I became a legally recognized partner in the company. Key accountabilities/leadership/management skills and abilities, included- Continued engagement of our online presence across multiple social media platforms amounting to over people (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)- Worked on product sourcing, buying, and contract negotiations - Managed omni-channel sales channels from Brick & Mortar, Pop-Up Stores, Marketplaces, and online store- Business analytical tools used to measure company progress towards goals and KPIs. Tools used include Facebook Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, Google Analytics, Social Blade, Shopify Dashboard/Analytics, among others- Continued management of day to day operations of the Sales Department including e-commerce and Brick & Mortar.
