My career began in 1987, starting as a London leasing agent advising landlords of commercial properties. I went on to support those clients on their development design needs and supporting them on the lettings of their commercial real estate. I have worked for and on behalf of a number of large reputable companies which leads me to my current role today.Working on an equally exciting venture I now work with Great Estates in London across multi disciplines spanning commercial, rural and residential. The Estates I am involved with range from the Crown Estate, Grosvenor, Cadogan, Howard de Walden to many other equally significant ones. I am pre-dominantly based in London and I spend some of my time working in Oxford with the Oxford/Cambridge Colleges.My role encompasses a broad spectrum of work ranging from matters which can include for example consulting on sustainability, debt raising, retail re-repurposing, tech & innovation, leasing, data centres, life sciences, strategic asset management, film studios and so on!
