Guy ensures customers realize the full value of the Enel X solutions that are specific to their individual goals and needs. Guy expertly interacts directly with customers to deliver quantifiable results that impact the customer’s bottom line.Depending on specific goals and needs, Guy provides many of the following services to his assigned accounts; • Meets regularly with customers to discuss energy management best practices • Teaches the use of the Enel X software • Helps customers get the most out of the Enel X application so they can save time in managing energy cost • Helps customers create reports to track carbon, usage, costs, etc.• Helps evaluate the energy-related cost savings of potential capital projects• Identifies and discusses using utility incentives for capital and other energy projects• Performs analyses and advises on energy questions as needed• Helps identify low-cost energy cost savings opportunities• Assists with accurate energy cost budgeting and forecasting including normalizing for weather, occupancy, and seasonal weather variations• Helps customers understand the factors that affect their energy costs • Helps customers understand energy policies and how they may impact energy costs• Explains and forecasts the cost impacts of system peak reduction, monthly demand reduction and shifting operations when time of use or real time prices apply• Advises customers on the benefits of demand response participation and how to increase performance• Helps customers manage risk associated with their energy spendGuy also serves as a conduit for feedback and suggestions that will drive the continued enhancement of Enel\'s solutions.
