Mr. Lembach has 20 years of experience as an engineer and a practicing lawyer in the engineering and construction field. He has significant experience with public and private sector clients in providing large capital project advisory related services across the entire project lifecycle. Recently, he has dedicated his work on large capital projects in the Energy and Resources industry. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Lembach worked as a project manager and field engineer and for litigation firm, defending design professionals, including engineers. Mr. Lembach has broad experience in the engineering and construction fields working for clients by addressing various project development and construction issues, including evaluating and developing project management process and controls, evaluating and developing organizations that develop and delivery large projects, PMO organization development, performing construction cost and schedule assessments, assisting in the evaluation and development of construction claims, process improvement, construction cost audits, project management reporting, and construction litigation support.
