Guy Langford is senior partner in the M&A Transaction Services practice at Deloitte with focus on Private Equity transactions and portfolios. Guy is the former U.S. Transportation, Hospitality, & Services Leader (TH & S) leading a practice of multi-disciplinary client service teams serving clients across transportation, hospitality, aviation, gaming & casinos, restaurant & services. Guy has also served as Deloitte\'s National M&A TH & S and Real Estate (RE) Leader where he has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions including both domestic and cross border transactions in the public and non-public arenas. Guy has extensive experience in advising Private Equity and corporate clients on due diligence, accounting structuring matters, financial and operating aspects of transactions for various segments of the industry. He also works closely with many clients on Portfolio Company and post-transaction advisory activities, including integration efforts to ensure maximum transaction value is secured and well as preparation of various exit strategies including sale, joint venture IPO and SPAC.Guy is a frequent attendee and presenter at various travel, hospitality & leisure conferences. Guy is published in both television and print media and the author behind multiple articles produced by Deloitte. Originally from Australia, Guy received his bachelors of Commerce at the University of Melbourne and has been based in the Deloitte New York Office since 1997. He is both a Chartered Accountant (Australia) and a licensed CPA (New York) with over 30 years of public accounting experience.
