About Guy Krug
I\'m currently reorienting my career toward the service of others, likely through providing individual & group psychotherapy once I\'ve finished my Master of Social Work in 2026. I came to this decision after months of discernment and reflection on my 15 year career in corporate and tech. I approached it like a design problem, starting with the insight that my proudest & most joyful moments were helping my employees & junior team members grow and achieve their goals. I\'ve always felt passionate about mental health, and given the crisis, psychotherapy seemed a good path. I validated this through conversations with 12 therapists at various stages in their careers, and here I am. That said, I\'m approaching this with a beginner\'s mind, and I\'m open to where this takes me. Happy to chat with anyone considering a similar transition, or anyone whose interest has been piqued.
