I wish this program existed when I had graduated from Victoria College at UofT \'back in the day\'. I have been recently paired with a recent graduate that fits with my career background of financial advisory services/consulting, and the program\'s objective is for me to help this individual figure out an optimal career path based upon their education and aspirations, ideally leveraging my connections in the process. Although this is my first term as mentor, I am quite impressed by the calibre and how grounded my 1st mentee is.at such a young age! I really look forward to a long term relationship as there is so much potential!
