Embedded staff member at the New York State Department of Health, AIDS Institute, Office of Program Evaluation and Research (OPER)- Collaborate with staff across multiple areas within the AIDS Institute, including HIV, STI, HCV, LGBTQIA+ health, opioid use disorders, and harm reduction- Design, create, and implement new data evaluation tools, including evaluation surveys, focus groups, and qualitative interviews- Analyze data and present findings at management and partner meetings as well as professional/academic conferences- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals- Lead and develop data-driven continuous quality improvement activities.
