I am a strategic and operational leader with a bias for action and a track record of delivering in complex, high-stakes environments.With over 12 years’ experience spanning the British Army and management consultancy, I lead transformation and complex delivery across Defence, Security and the wider public sector. My focus is simple: align people, clarify intent, and execute at pace.I have built and led high-performing, cross-functional and multicultural teams in demanding operational contexts - from crisis environments to large-scale organisational change. I am comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating intent into outcomes that matter.My leadership style is people-centred and mission-focused.
