I have 15 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, solutions architecture, and project delivery, across several industries, including financial services, insurance, health, telecoms, and utilities.One of my proudest achievements is creating and launching uConnect, an award-winning mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in South Africa. Taking to market the first insurance products in the world that gives customers all their insurance premiums back every month as airtime. Leading the development along with 11 technology partners of the MVNO to create simple and innovative solutions and features. I am a responsible and devoted owner of the product backlog and scrum process focused on delivering the product vision. I excel at visualizing solutions for complex scenarios and enjoy working on high-pressure IT development projects.
