Boat sales executive at Tingdene Thames & Kennet Marina in Reading, a 450 berth Marina selling over 100 used and new boats annually. Tingdene Boat Sales have 10 offices across their own Marinas with agencies for - Cranchi Yachts, Sealine Sports Cruisers, Viking River boats, Wide beams built by Viking Canal Boats annd in 2022 launching The Henley range of inland cruisers and Day Boats. Tingdene sell over 300 new and used craft annually and constantly list over 150 used craft through the all locations. Visit The Tingdene boat sales website to see what we can offer you!I assist in the marketing of the Boat Sales business including boat show liaison and on line and paper content, manage the crm database and day to day listing, marketing of all new and pre owned craft available. I have responsibility to the directors for liaising with new build suppliers, setting up new business arrangements and getting brands recognised in the market and day to day liaison with suppliers, arranging build contracts and ensuring all offices have correct information on new boat models.I am also involved in assisting the Sales Director in training new employees and getting them familiar with the systems of the marine trade and Boat sales industry bring new and young people into the industry.This is with a background of over 40 years in the marine industry where I have experience as in Marina operation and Boat Sales, trying colleagues, selling high value products to customers of high individual net worth. I am a specialist in building new, and retaining existing relationships with new boat manufacturers and have obtained award winning recognition for my customer service. This to me is the highest acclaim achievable and continues today to be the most important priority in customer satisfaction.
