As an Agile Talent Impact Expert, Behavioral & Data Science (Senior Director), I design and scale decision systems where human behavior, data, and AI meet, starting in HR and the Pharma division. This role builds on, and sits on top of, my work as Scientific Innovation Analysis Expert, R&D, Data Sciences & AI, where I created end-to-end AI and data science solutions across the R&D value chain. I now extend that foundation into the people and talent systems that determine who joins, grows, and leads at Bayer.I bring AI and GenAI into HR decision-making by piloting and scaling use cases in areas such as career, performance, succession, and leadership development, and I am establishing behavioral science capabilities within Bayer, starting with HR and the Pharma division, to ensure human decisions are evidence-based, justified, and outcome-oriented. I lead global, cross-functional talent initiatives, translating ambiguous business needs into scalable digital products, tools, and frameworks that senior HR and business leaders can use with confidence, and act as a trusted advisor on high-stakes people and organizational decisions by integrating neuroscience, psychology, and data science to improve decision quality and consistency.In parallel, I build digital and AI capabilities across the HR community, coaching colleagues on behavioral data science, GenAI, and evidence-based talent practices, and I connect HR, R&D, and IT to ensure that innovation in AI and behavioral science flows into how we design roles, careers, and leadership at Bayer. This role is about rewiring how decisions are made about talent, across our Pharma division and beyond, using behavioral insights and AI to create measurable, enterprise-level impact.

My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and computer science, turning ambiguity into actionable, scalable systems that senior leaders can use to make better decisions about science, strategy, and talent.
