Guy brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market, including process management and integration of data through his experience as an accomplished Realtor. He reinstated his license and joined Avery Hess Realtors. Guy offers his clients professionalism and respect. While growing up in Washington DC he started sales experience in Middle and High School by selling Fuller Brushes door to door in the District of Columbia (DC), Magazines door to door in Bethesda, Maryland, and Good Humor Ice Cream in DC. He worked as a part time Realtor in the 80s and 90s, while simultaneously working at either the Department of Education or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Because of his Federal Government commitment and responsibilities, it was challenging to serve two masters simultaneously. As a result, he limited his focus to land throughout the State of Virginia. Listings and Sales of Residential Properties were accomplished through referrals. As a part time Realtor, Guy was the top monthly producer on several occasions.
