Directly influencing a range of internal subject matter experts including project managers, legal, planning and communications along with managing our external property consultants- Responsible for leading and engaging with key stakeholders including landowners, Iwi partners, local government agencies and local community- Support, through early implementation of property acquisition, major infrastructure projects that help shape New Zealand into the future- Drive best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve the way work processes are conducted and support wider NZTA objectives- Part of a regionally dispersed team where I deliver NZTA’s Property Acquisition Programme which ranges from $25m to $150m each year to support our transport system property programmes- Develop property strategies for future projects in conjunction with our LINZ Accredited Suppliers, including cost estimates and risk mitigation.
