My role at Resorts Hotel and Casino is more than just a Pastry Chef. I have created cost savings strategies, implemented menu engineering and revenue generating programs for a multimillion dollar a year operation. I\'ve worn many hats in my casino career - Chef, Gourmet Restaurant Management, Beverage Operation manager, storeroom and purchasing leader, marketer and strategist. With this knowledge I have the ability to manage interdepartmental projects, objectives and goals.
