Hired as part the acquisition of Gurwitch Products by Shiseido Americas. Primary focus with Shiseido Americas has been related to the business integration of the Gurwitch Brands into the company along with driving an overall IT Strategy and Program to consolidate systems to optimize regional economies aligned with global direction-Managed overall integration of Gurwitch Brands into Shiseido and exit of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) from the previous parent company (Legal Entity, Payroll, Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, and Facilities) completing the integration and TSA exit on time-Established an overall Regional Transformational Roadmap. The scope of the program supports all Brands, Markets, and channels within Shiseido Americas. The roadmap includes projects to holistically support Finance, Accounting, Demand/Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics, New Product Introduction, and Supplier Collaboration. Mobilization efforts to activate first projects on the roadmap are underway.
