ABOUT YADIRA GUTIERREZ

Hi, my name is Yadira Gutierrez.Los Angeles Native, with a passion for connecting and building relationships with the top professionals as well as developing strategies that will help me develop in my business.I have been grateful to be a part of different companies throughout my career and gain a ton of knowledge throughout them. I have had experience in retail and as well experience in leading a team and driving sales. I worked at Zara as a Sales Supervisor and during my time there I was able to impact many individuals and learned about coaching techniques. Throughout my time as a Sales Supervisor, I started developing more of a sense of meeting new people every day and being able to talk to them about their future goals and interests. This is why I started looking for a position in recruiting and this is how I ended up at VXI Global Solutions as a recruiter. I enjoy what I do as a recruiter and I hope I keep gaining more knowledge about the industry. As for my future, I hope to continue gaining knowledge in the recruiting field. I am a really quick learner and I know that I will be able to pick up new recruiting methods fast and learn new applications to track my success. I am really coachable and welcome constructive criticism. I hope I am able to make recruiting my permanent career and only succeed in my professional future.During my free time, I like to spend time watching new shows on streaming services. I like to go out and have dinner as well as spending time with friends and family. I love bowling and exploring new things. I also enjoy the occasional hike once in a while.
