Workday PRO HCM Certified / PMP certified• Systems functional lead and manager expert in Workday to help ensure successful implementation and provide the best adoption experience across all functional areas including HCM, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and Talent.• Managing ALL internal HR projects through the approved roadmap to improve efficiency for HR processes through Workday. o Managing the internal team involved in the projects, resource allocation, budgeting, costs• Manage and provide support to all Workday-related modules through a stablished framework of prioritization of issues and requests for enhancements• Ensure continuous collaboration with functional and technical to improve business processes in the HRIS and the common practices that impact the HR lifecycle• Provide business analysis and assist in preparing and request SOW for the upcoming HR projects, analyzing and evaluating the impacts, costs, and resource allocations for future projects in Workday• Provide expertise and knowledge in the time-tracking and payroll systems outside Workday to streamline the data flow while keeping the business process standardization• Provide expertise and act as a security/Business process/Report/Setup administrator in the system while keeping the integrity of the data and the processes in Workday
