Responsible and technical leader for Business Intelligence Team in North Atlantic.• Responsible to architect the solution for the business. For each new project or to redesign any old project, I am responsible to architect the solution.• Responsible for modeling the data for new projects and remodel old projects when it is necessary.• Responsible to understand client´s issues / requirements, elicit information from them and support their needs with new solution (SAP and Microsoft tools) or necessary changes on actual solutions.• Responsible to translate business rules into technical rules and vice-versa.• Responsible to model and build Universes (IDT 4.2 and 4.3) to users from different areas and countries (Brazil, Canada, Indonesia and Singapore).• Leader of the team responsible to support power users to build Universes and Reports (WebI 4.2 and 4.3) from different areas and countries.• Leader of the team responsible to build the process (ETL) to load data in SAP Hana and SAP BW for North Atlantic.• Responsible to deliver a solution with high quality and deliver a deliverable at the right time according to scope/agreement.• Responsible to elicit information from users, understand and solve their issues and solve project´s gaps to satisfy their requirements.• Mitigate project´s risks by introducing new solution. Escalate issues appropriately to managers when it is necessary and when there is no other action to take from my perspective.
