Oversee SCIF compliance in accordance with UL 2050 standards, ensuring all new builds and upgrades meet strict federal and industry security requirements.• Engineer, deploy, and maintain advanced physical security systems, including Software House, Genetec, and various integrated VMS and access control platforms.• Supervise all aspects of SCIF construction and accreditation, from initial planning and technical design to vendor coordination and final compliance checks.• Manage a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship, training, and performance guidance to promote professional growth.• Serve as primary liaison between operations, engineering, vendors, and leadership teams to streamline communication and ensure alignment on security initiatives.• Lead vendor selection and management, including contract negotiation, budgeting, and quality control on all security-related infrastructure projects.• Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge security technologies and best practices, reinforcing HRL’s position as a leader in secure facility management.• Develop and enforce security protocols and risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuous compliance with corporate, federal, and DoD regulations.• Champion a proactive, learning-driven security culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
