As Site Director, I oversee the strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence of a multi-therapeutic clinical research center. My education and experience bridges science, healthcare, and business development to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials that advance patient care and innovation.Key Contributions & Responsibilities-Direct day-to-day operations of the research center, ensuring adherence to FDA, IRB, and GCP/ICH standards-Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including investigators, sub-investigators, and clinical research staff-Oversee patient recruitment, informed consent, data quality, and safety monitoring across multiple therapeutic areas-Manage sponsor and CRO relationships, from feasibility assessments through contract negotiations and study close-out-Drive site growth by identifying new research opportunities and expanding into additional therapeutic areas-Monitor financial performance, negotiate budgets, and ensure sustainable revenue streams for the center.Impact:Through this role, I combine over 30 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience to strengthen Total Health and Research Center’s position as a trusted partner for sponsors and CROs, while delivering high-quality research opportunities to our community.
