At Divergence AI, I design, build, and manage AI agent workflows that accelerate and automate engineering simulation pipelines. Using custom multi-agent architectures, I create reusable agentic patterns, research and integrate new AI tools, and architect systems that blend human creativity with AI efficiency.I develop workflows that orchestrate agents for tasks such as simulation setup, geometry generation, scenario exploration, and results interpretation, optimizing both velocity and accuracy. Our platform integrates tools like Ansys HFSS, enabling engineers to interact with complex simulations through natural language while ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and performance.Alongside leading technical development, I drive go-to-market strategy, investors relationships, and work directly with customers to demonstrate value and close sales. This mix of engineering leadership and business execution ensures our technology not only works at the cutting edge but reaches the people and markets where it can have the greatest impact.

ABOUT GUSTAVO NAVARRO

I’m currently building Divergence AI, where we’re accelerating product design by bringing AI automation to engineering simulation workflows. Our goal is to help teams move faster and make better decisions by reducing the bottlenecks in traditional simulation processes. Before this, I helped grow the team at Reach from the early days and later led the software department through an accelerated growth phase—from 3 to over 15 engineers in under a year. I then went on to build and support the engineering team at Aavia, developing a platform focused on hormonal health for women. I’ve worked across the stack and across disciplines: from hardware controls and wireless communication firmware to full-stack applications, optimization algorithms in high-dimensional spaces, and machine learning. It’s been a wide-ranging journey, and a lot of fun! At my core, I\'m a nerdy mathematician who loves good problems and good people to work those problems with. I love being in the midst of things—learning fast by doing, trying new and creative ideas—and most importantly, collaborating with smart people who teach me so much every day.
