Global Operations Senior Manager responsible for long term rider fleet and rider marketing planning across all markets\\\\n\\\\nKey Responsibilities and Contributions\\\\n- Introduced long-term onboard reforecast and evaluation processes to ensure strategic alignment across countries, alongside tools for its analysis.\\\\n- Developed an applicant target setting model, which forecasts applicants needed and how many of them should be considered for marketing plans by city. These improvements benefited marketing and operational planning to better allocate resources.\\\\n- Developed a marketing budget allocation tool, which determines in a cost-efficient way the marketing levers to activate in each city, providing the marketing teams applicant targets and setting their allowed budgets.\\\\n- Introduced and led a new process for marketing planning which all countries now adhere to, in collaboration with Marketing, Product, CRM and Country Operations teams.\\\\n- Redefined Cost Per Application and other KPIs to match location needs, leading the Data Science and Marketing teams to create and track performance against a new set of KPIs. This significantly improved the number of useful applications.\\\\n- Developed a probability model for DoXGetY campaigns that allows to estimate the hours obtained from riders and campaign costs, based on different levels of X and Y at a city level.\\\\n- Developed a new onboarding pipeline conversion metric in SQL, that allows a much better estimation on application conversion rates when multiple hold stages are involved.\\\\n- Work closely with local markets analysing their network and supply performance KPIs, providing insights, analysis and recommendations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
