Gustavo Alberelli is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sunstone Partners. He currently serves as a Board Director of Avertium, NETSPI, Nexa, RSource, and Userzoom. Prior investments include Outmatch (acquired by Rubicon Technology Partners) and Prolexic (acquired by Akamai).Previously, Gus was a Managing Director at Trident Capital and Director at Kennet Partners where he led growth equity investments across the technology sector, typically as the first institutional investor. In 2003, Gus started his investment career at Trinity Ventures where he primarily worked with early stage technology companies. Prior to becoming an investor, Gus held several business development and marketing positions at Saltare, a venture-backed enterprise software company.
