I currently serve as the Sustainability and Sourcing Manager at Austin and Kat. In this role, I collaborate closely with other sustainable leaders in the industry to continuously explore and implement new systems, material sources, and community events. Our primary focus is to improve sustainability practices both within our organization and among our customers.At Austin and Kat, we strive to set an example and inspire others to make sustainable choices, support their communities, and prioritize ethical practices. We firmly believe in prioritizing people and the planet, and I am ever grateful to be part of this ongoing campaign. I work on building connections with like-minded companies to develop action plans and effectively communicate our vision to others and our customers.Our initiatives cover a wide range of activities, such as sourcing eco-friendly packaging materials and the finest ingredients from different parts of the globe. As well as engaging in local projects like organizing trash pick-up days and fundraisers. We function as a close-knit family with involvement in diverse areas. I am dedicated to working on projects that contribute to and elevate our vision, and I\'m grateful to be part of a team that shares this collective belief.
