I joined EY as part of the acquisition of LogiStar Solutions. I was based in Mexico City and in 2017 I was transferred to the Dallas office. During my time at EY, I have participated in multiple EWM projects in the USA, Mexico, Chile, Germany, and Northern Ireland. The customers I have served belong to various industries like oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, nutrition, beverages, retail, pharma, and med tech.I have participated in all the project lifecycle phases from Business Blue Print through Go-Live and hypercare. My responsibilities have ranged from functional consultant in various workstreams in EWM to expert developer and technical advisor, producing all kinds of documentation like functional and technical specifications, user manuals, design documents, test scripts, and more.
