ABOUT GUS KODERSHA

Pharmaceutical manufacturing and operation leader with extensive cross-functional and technical experience in building and operating a global pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain organization. My accomplishment includes leading CMC technical development for different clinical stages at start-ups and established biotech companies to establish supply chain and manufacturing network for company-wide, while collaborating with key stakeholders to reach corporate goals. I have managed budgets, capital allocation, project assignment, alignment initiatives, setting vision, strategy and direction for pipeline projects leading into commercial phase. I have built CMC development and manufacturing functions from ground level, scaling, and managing pharmaceutical manufacturing operations to support the end-to-end life cycle of highly regulated life sciences products. I have applied best practices of world-class R&D, engineering and technology in pharmaceutical manufacturing/ supply chain while focusing on the strategic vision, forward-thinking leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit.My work include migrating the development and manufacturing of 10+ life sciences products in small molecule and biologics from late-stage trials through FDA approval supported process validation and reaching industrial-scale commercial readiness. I have built trust and lead cross functional teams and partnering with CMO\'s to advance projects in various technical functions for different technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
